    preeflow® eco-PEN is a rotating and perfectly pressure-tight displacement system. Self-sealing rotor/stator design. Conveyance action by medium displacement in the stator through controlled rotor movement. Safe conveyance without any modification of the medium. With its suck back option, preeflow® ensures clean and controlled material or medium cut-off while preventing post-dripping effects.

    There are different kinds of controller for the eco-PEN series dispenser, the innovative eco-CONTROL EC200 with its integrated user interface and the module version for simple and direct integration into the machine controller. In both cases it is an easy connection via I/O port to PLC of external signals for automated line control.

    Product description:
    The preeflow Speed Control ‘plug'n'dose’ AM control unit has been developed specifically for applications in automation.

    Operating principle:
    Microprocessor-controlled. External signals such as the dosing speed and dosing time of a superior control unit, for example an external machine PLC, are processed further and control the eco-PEN's dosing process.
    The integrated monitoring of the motor, e.g. overload protection of the dispenser, can be processed as an error message.
     

    Plug’n’Dose TP

    Product description:
    The preeflow Speed Control ‘plug'n'dose’ TP control unit allows you to control the eco-PEN just by using a simple time/pressure control unit.
     
    Operating principle:
    Microprocessor-controlled. The supplied pressure adapter is connected to a conventional time/pressure control unit. The flow rate and flow speed of the eco-PEN are controlled using the specified pressure and a time mode.

    The innovative eco-CONTROL EC200-DUO made by ViscoTec offers a wide range of applications for the 2K-precision-dispensing.

    Theory of function:
    The control unit eco-CONTROL EC200-DUO has been developed and tested for accurate work with the preeflow® 2K-dispensers. The control unit has a variety of configuration options for dosing, dispensing time and mixing ratio. All production-related values can be stored and changed at any time. The operation takes place over an intuitive user guidance using a graphical user interface. An integrated pressure control ensures the optimum process safety of the system. There is also the possibility of data exchange with a USB interface.

    plug’n’mix


    The controller Speed-Control “plug’n’mix” from the brand preeflow was especially developed for the 2-component applications.

    Theory of function:
    Thanks to a standard terminal program the controller can be programmed and configured. In this case, the dispenser eco-DUO could be calibrated for different functions such as dosing speed or mixing ratio. The volume speed, the dosing quantity and the suck back are controlled during the process by a 0 to 10 V signal. The integrated monitoring of the motor, e.g. overload protection of the dispenser, can be processed as an error message.

    Fluid sensor flowplus16 and evaluation unit flowscreen
     
    The fluid sensor flowplus 16 is a new development of ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH. This sensor guarantees optimum process safety for almost all applications in which media is transported. flowplus 16 can be used universally for the pressure measurement of fluids and other media in dosing applications. Via an intelligent software, the flowplus 16 can analyze static and dynamic flow application mechanics.

    With the flowplus solution, your dosing application is always under control to ensure maximum process reliability.

    The flowscreen is a robust evaluation unit for a wide range of applications.
    In combination with the flowplus 16 the system is for process monitoring of fluids. Both components could be used and integrated as single products due to their standardized signals and connections.

    By means of the special developed software you could visualize signals like the flow rate for optimizing your processes. Instable or pulsating flow rates, e.g. pressure variations could be individual selected and evaluated.
    The intuitive user guidance of the software and the user-friendly touchscreen guarantee optimal process control for a lot of applications at any time.
